 Mbene Letsamao –Lindemann ( Nata /Gweta ,Central District Council )

A Motivational Speaker & Qualified Life Purpose Coach.

Mbene is based in Nata, after working in Australia for 12 years as a Nurse .  Back in Botswana she has been active in Community work including giving motivational talks / workshops and teaching school children & teachers around Nata.  Also been active counselling many people needing help .

 

Conducts major empowering workshops around the country making a difference in many peoples lives. Including organising and running the Annual Nata Women’s  Empowerment High Tea (now in its 5th year ).

Mbene worked  as  a nurse for over 30 years. With a passion for helping people. During her time in nursing, Mbene has worked in all aspects of nursing, from General Nursing, Midwifery and specialised as a Nurse Anaesthetist.

 

Mbene grew up in Nata and Maun Botswana. After completing her studies she went on to pursue further studies in Nursing in Gaborone. Of which she completed and worked in various hospitals in Botswana. Mbene then relocated to Melbourne Australia, where she continued with her nursing career. Eventually settled in Nursing Education, of which she went and completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and later a Masters Degree in Clinical Education.

This saw her become a lecturer in Nursing in Melbourne Australia in major hospitals.  Where she educated and mentored many nurses. Mbene also worked as a Sessional Lecturer at the Australian Catholic University

  • Talks to Africa Leadership students whilst on holiday in Australia.

  • Motivational talks to school  children, teachers,parents even in churches in Nata and around Botswana.

  •  Shoes campaign for needy Students in Schools in the Nata and surrounding areas

  • Adopted 4 primary schools in Nata and surrounding .

 

Mbene has also presented papers worldwide. And is highly regarded as a speaker on many topics.
